Online gamblers need to know about eCORGA
Many online blackjack gamblers may have heard of eCOGRA, but most may not fully understand what it is or what it means regarding their safety while playing on any sites. According to BlackjackChamp.com, eCOGRA, which stands for e-Commerce and Online Gaming Regulations, is a seal of approval given to online gambling casinos, poker, blackjack or bingo sites that shows players that they are 100 percent safe to play on.
This is important information for players to have as it could mean the difference of getting their identity stolen or not. eCORGA is a nonprofit organization that conducts in depth studies at online gambling sites.
The group looks to address certain main concerns including whether a site gives out prompt payments, if it safely stores personal information, if there is honest advertising on the site and if the company exhibits responsible behavior.
Thus far, the group, which has been around for five years, has awarded 126 eCORGA seals of approval to sites and players should always look for it to make sure their experiences are both safe and enjoyable.
Do you think such regulations are important or would you play at any site if they have the games you want?
