Masterminds predict online casinos will be trumped by mobile casinos

Avid online blackjack fans may need to start trading in their beloved computer monitors in exchange for smartphones and tablets to be able to play the top blackjack sites in 2012. BlackjackChamp.com's general manager recently got together with online and mobile casino gambling gaming analysts, top industry leaders, online casino owners and regulators to compile what will be hot within the industry in 2012.

According to the data, the powers that be have determined that the use of smartphones and tablets are increasing and game manufacturers and software engineers are creating new options that work to enhance playing on such devices, rather than old faithful - the computer.

Although the use phones and tablets are becoming more popular, a survey of loyal players found that there needs to be improvements to how games are played on them. Other online casino die hard's aren't so sure that the mobile devices will make such a big splash as their limited screen sizes and drop zones can be problematic.

"Mobile casino gamers have realized that unlike online casinos, the limitations of the screen size prevents too many bells and whistles," said Alex Nevsky, BlackjackChamp.com's senior technology reporter. "There are only so many reels you can squeeze into a mobile screen without requiring a microscope."
